When using our site you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the site or its security.
• Submit false, abusive or malicious content through our forms.
• Scrape, copy or resell our content or product data without permission.

We deliberately limit our range to passive, DIY-safe winter protection. We do not sell, and you should not expect to find:

• Electric trace / heating cable or any powered heating device.
• Gas appliances or components.
• Pressurised or load-bearing plumbing components.

Our products reduce heat loss and block draughts — they do not heat, and they are not a substitute for professional installation, repair or for isolating a water supply in extreme cold.

• Never block a chimney, flue, air brick or vent that is in use — adequate ventilation must always be maintained.
• Follow all fitting and safety instructions supplied with each product.
• Assess whether a task is suitable for DIY; use a qualified professional where needed.

Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, whose acceptable-use rules also apply. You agree not to use our store for any activity those processors prohibit, including fraud, money laundering or prohibited goods.
