yphplumb.shop is operated by YPH (YARNTON PLUMBING & HEATING) LIMITED, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 05019347), registered office Sussex Barn New Road, Hellingly, Hailsham, East Sussex, United Kingdom, BN27 4EW, BN27 4EW. By placing an order you accept these terms.

We sell passive, DIY winter protection — pipe insulation, draught-proofing, tank jackets, reflector panels and frost covers. We aim to describe every product accurately, including its limits.

• Insulation and reflector products reduce heat loss but do not heat anything. We do not state energy or cost savings, because real-world results depend on your home.
• We do not sell electric trace / heating cable, gas components or pressurised parts.
• Product photos are illustrative; minor variation in colour and finish may occur.

• All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
• Charges appear on your statement as “YPHPLUMB STORE”.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before charging if a price was clearly wrong.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Delivery times, methods and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your return and refund rights are set out in full in our Refund & Return Policy. In short: unopened items can be returned within 14 days; cut-to-fit or opened insulation items that have been cut to size cannot be returned for hygiene and practical reasons, except where faulty.

Follow all product instructions and safety notes. In particular: never block a chimney or flue that is in use; keep ventilation and air bricks clear; and in extreme cold, drain or isolate vulnerable water supplies rather than relying on insulation alone. You are responsible for assessing whether a job is suitable for DIY.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, or failure to follow the product's safety notes.

These terms and any dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
