Billing terms
- All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD)across the entire workspace, including checkout and invoices.
- Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Your card is charged on signup and on the same date each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the current paid month.
- Used credits are not refundable. Genuine billing errors are put right — email support@yphplumb.shop.
- Your card statement will show AI UTILITY LOG.
This is an online-only digital SaaS subscription. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no on-site, repair, installation, diagnostic, or certification services.
Checkout is handled securely by our payment provider. Your card is captured at checkout, your subscription starts immediately, and renewals continue automatically each month in USD until you cancel. We do not store your full card number.
