Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a subscription and when refunds apply. All amounts are in USD.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@yphplumb.shop. Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the current paid month.

Refunds

  • Unused month:if you cancel and have not generated any records in the new billing month, contact us within 14 days and we will refund that month’s charge.
  • Used credits: credits that have already been used to generate records are non-refundable.
  • Free plan: the Draft plan is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Because this is an online-only digital service delivered immediately, statutory cancellation rights may not apply once you have started using your credits. Your consumer rights under the law of England and Wales are not affected.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, a duplicate charge was taken, or something looks wrong on your statement (shown as AI UTILITY LOG), email us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned in USD to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
