What we collect
- Account data: email address and subscription/plan status.
- Workspace input: the household notes you type (room, issue, timeline, urgency, photo descriptions, questions).
- Usage data: credits used and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to keep the service running.
AI processing
The notes you submit may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate your draft record. Do not enter sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, passwords, or other credentials.
Payments
Subscription payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as AI UTILITY LOG.
How we use data
- To generate and return your draft records.
- To manage your subscription, credits, and account.
- To provide support and keep the workspace secure.
Retention
We keep account and saved-workspace data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated records at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and CCPA you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email support@yphplumb.shop to exercise these rights.
International use & law
The service is online-only and available internationally, with all pricing in USD. This policy and your use of the workspace are governed by the law of England and Wales.
