Yphplumb Utility Log

1. The service

Yphplumb Utility Log is an online-only digital SaaS workspace that helps you draft household maintenance records, question lists, and photo checklists. It is not a repair, installation, inspection, diagnostic, certification, or emergency service, and it sells no physical goods.

2. Drafts, not advice

All outputs are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing the facts, rights, safety, and compliance of anything you use, and for contacting a licensed professional before acting. We do not guarantee any particular result.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you submit. You must use the workspace lawfully and within our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in USD, including a monthly credit allowance. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not request or generate operational repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, or pressurised systems, and must not use outputs as certifications, inspection reports, or emergency guidance. See the Acceptable Use Policy for full detail.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the notes you enter. You receive a licence to use the drafts the workspace produces for your own property record-keeping.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the workspace is provided “as is”. We are not liable for actions taken based on drafts, or for work carried out by you or any third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend accounts that breach them. You can stop using the workspace at any time.

9. Governing law
